At SimHub Race Lounge, we take pride in offering high-quality sim racing equipment and turnkey solutions. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Final Sale Items

All turn-key simulator packages are final sale.
Due to the custom-built and specialized nature of these systems, they are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.


Eligible Returns (Non–Turn-Key Products)

For standard products and accessories, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Turn-key simulator packages (as noted above)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Opened software or digital products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned item.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@simhubracelounge.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization before shipping any items
  3. Ship the item back at your expense (unless the return is due to our error)

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including repair, replacement, or refund if applicable.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless due to error on our end)
