SimHub Race Lounge offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

You understand your content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred over networks. Payment information is always encrypted.

SECTION 4.1 – PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions cannot be combined unless stated. The highest discount will apply.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

We attempt to display products accurately but cannot guarantee screen color accuracy.

We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 5.1 – CUSTOM BUILDS & TURN-KEY SIMULATORS (CRITICAL)

SimHub Race Lounge specializes in custom-built and turn-key racing simulators.

By purchasing these products, you agree:

  • All simulators are made-to-order
  • Production may begin immediately
  • Parts and labor are allocated upon purchase

FINAL SALE POLICY

  • All turn-key simulators are FINAL SALE
  • These items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable once ordered
  • No exceptions once production has begun

SECTION 5.2 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Standard Products

  • Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed
  • Shipped orders fall under Return Policy

Custom & Turn-Key Orders

By placing an order, you agree:

  • You approved your configuration
  • Production may start immediately

Cancellation Terms:

  • Within 24 hours: cancellation may be allowed
  • After 24 hours:
    • Orders are non-cancellable
    • Deposits are non-refundable
    • Work completed will be charged

Once production begins, orders are fully committed and cannot be cancelled

SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate billing and account information.

By completing a purchase, you agree to all sales, cancellation, and final sale terms outlined in this agreement.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranties.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or transactions.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS

We may use submitted comments without restriction.

You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

SECTION 10 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders at any time.

SimHub Race Lounge is not responsible for dissatisfaction with custom-built or turn-key simulators once delivered, as these are built-to-order and approved prior to production.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold SimHub Race Lounge harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

We may terminate access if Terms are violated.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SimHub Race Lounge.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
