Purchase and Cancellation Policy

By completing a purchase with SimHub Race Lounge, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Order Processing

All orders are processed promptly. Once an order is placed, it may enter fulfillment or production immediately.

Standard Products (Non-Custom Items)

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund

  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests are not guaranteed

  • If an order has already shipped, it will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy

Custom and Turnkey Simulator Builds

All turnkey simulators and custom-built systems are made to order. These purchases require the immediate allocation of parts, labour, and production time.

By purchasing a custom or turnkey simulator, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed and approved your configuration

  • Parts may be ordered and production may begin immediately

  • All custom and turnkey simulator purchases are final sale

  • These orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned once placed, except where required by applicable law

Memberships and Automatic Renewals

All membership purchases and automatic renewal payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

Memberships automatically renew at the end of each membership term. Members may cancel their upcoming automatic renewal at any time before the renewal is processed by contacting info@simhubracelounge.com.

Cancelling a membership:

  • Prevents the next automatic renewal

  • Does not provide a refund for the current membership term

  • Does not provide a refund for a renewal payment that has already been processed

  • Does not immediately end membership benefits; benefits remain active until the end of the paid membership term

Cancellation requests must be received before the next scheduled renewal is processed. If a renewal has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following renewal date.

Cancellation Requests

  • Standard-product cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase to qualify for a full refund

  • After 24 hours, standard products may no longer be eligible for cancellation

  • Custom and turnkey simulator orders are non-cancellable once placed

  • Membership cancellations prevent future renewals but do not refund the current membership term or a renewal already processed

Deposits and Partial Payments

  • Deposits for custom and turnkey simulator builds are non-refundable once paid

  • Deposits for other purchases are non-refundable after 24 hours unless otherwise stated in writing

  • If SimHub Race Lounge agrees in writing to cancel an order after production or preparation has started, any parts, materials, labour, administrative, or other costs already incurred may be deducted from the amount paid

  • Any deposit terms stated on a quotation, invoice, or written agreement will also apply

Order Changes

  • Changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order

  • Changes to custom or turnkey builds are not guaranteed once parts have been ordered or production has started

  • Approved changes may result in additional charges and changes to the estimated completion date

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact SimHub Race Lounge directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

SimHub Race Lounge reserves the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are invalid and to provide supporting documentation, including order records, policy acceptance, proof of delivery, production records, and customer communications.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

  • Any additional terms included in your quotation, invoice, or written purchase agreement
