Cancellation policy
By completing your purchase with SimHub Race Lounge, you agree to the following terms:
Order Processing
All orders are processed promptly. Once an order is placed, it may enter fulfillment or production immediately.
Standard Products (Non-Custom Items)
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed
- If the order has already shipped, it will fall under our Return Policy
Custom & Turn-Key Simulator Builds
- All turn-key simulators and custom-built systems are made-to-order
- These orders require immediate allocation of parts, labor, and production time
By purchasing a turn-key simulator, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed and approved your configuration
- Your order may begin production immediately
- All turn-key simulator purchases are FINAL SALE
- These orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned once placed
Cancellations (Important)
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
- After 24 hours:
- Standard products may no longer be eligible for cancellation
- Custom and turn-key simulator orders are non-cancellable
Deposits & Partial Payments (If Applicable)
- Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours
- If an order is cancelled after production has started, material and labor costs will be deducted
Order Changes
- Any changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order
- Changes to custom builds after this period may not be accepted or may result in additional charges
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this agreement
- SimHub Race Lounge reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting documentation, including proof of production and communication records
